Cancel your contract

Use this page to cancel your active Site to Go subscription.

The cancellation function applies to Site to Go Starter, Site to Go Plus, Site to Go Business and additional WordPress websites booked separately.

The personal setup service for €89 is a one-time service and is not a cancellable subscription.

An ordinary cancellation ends your subscription at the next possible contractual date. Pages, posts, images, products and other content already stored on your WordPress website will remain in place. After the contract ends, only new write actions and new website connections through Site to Go will be blocked.

Only the Starter plan includes a free 72-hour trial. To prevent the Starter trial from continuing as a paid subscription, the cancellation must be submitted before the trial period ends.

    By submitting this form, you are cancelling the specified contract. A cancellation is not the same as exercising a statutory right of withdrawal. To withdraw from a contract within the statutory withdrawal period, please use the separate withdrawal function.
