Withdraw from contract
Use this page to withdraw from an online contract with Site to Go within the statutory withdrawal period.
The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to consumers. A consumer is a natural person who entered into the contract mainly for private purposes.
The withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the date the contract was concluded. No reason is required. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
Withdrawal or cancellation
A withdrawal reverses a consumer contract within the statutory withdrawal period.
A cancellation ends an ongoing subscription for the future, normally at the end of the applicable contractual or billing period.
Starter trial
Only Site to Go Starter includes a free 72-hour trial where this is offered during checkout.
The Starter trial and the statutory right of withdrawal are separate from one another.
To prevent the free Starter trial from continuing as a paid subscription, use the cancellation function before the trial period ends.
Plus, Business, additional WordPress websites and the personal setup service do not include a free trial. Any existing statutory withdrawal right for consumers remains unaffected.
Personal setup
The personal setup service is a one-time service lasting up to 25 minutes.
Where a consumer has expressly requested that the personal setup service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, reasonable compensation for the portion already performed may be payable in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
Where the service has been fully performed and all legally required consents and confirmations have been obtained, the right of withdrawal may expire under the applicable legal conditions.
