Our compensation model

Performance instead of hourly billing.

Our interests are directly linked to your growth. The exact calculation basis is agreed transparently before launch and made technically measurable.

01

No hourly rate

You do not pay for time spent, meetings or individual optimization tasks.

02

Percentage of SEA revenue

Our fee is an agreed percentage of the store revenue that can be measured and attributed to SEA.

03

Ad spend stays separate

The advertising budget is planned separately and paid directly to the respective ad platform.

04

Clear billing basis

Attribution, net revenue, cancellations, returns and billing periods are defined contractually.

Important:

The percentage-based compensation applies only to SEA revenue that can be verified according to the agreed measurement and attribution model. This creates a clear and auditable basis for both parties.

  • Keyword strategy
  • Ads & assets
  • Search-term control

Google Shopping

Product ads with a clean feed structure, clear priorities and targeted control of profitable product groups.

  • Merchant Center
  • Product groups
  • Feed optimization

Performance Max

Strategically structured, cleanly segmented and managed with meaningful data and audience signals.

  • Asset groups
  • Audience signals
  • Feed logic

Profitable scaling

Budgets are increased where revenue, contribution margin and real delivery capacity work together.

  • ROAS and CPA targets
  • Budget management
  • Margin-based optimization
A shared commercial objective

More measurable store revenue.
Not more billable hours.

Because our compensation is tied to SEA-attributed revenue, our focus is on reliable tracking, high-intent campaigns and controlled scaling. We do not grow through your time spend, but through your measurable success.

Aligned interestsOur model rewards measurable growth instead of activity.
Full transparencyRevenue and campaign performance are reported clearly.
No revenue guaranteeWe work with data, without making unrealistic promises.
100% e-commerce focus

We think in product range, margin and average order value.

An online store requires different campaign logic than a local service business. That is why we assess not only ads, but also product groups, pricing, conversion rate, returns, inventory and new-customer potential.

03

Measure data cleanly

Orders, revenue and average order value form the basis of every optimization.

04

Frequently asked questions

SEA performance marketing for online stores.

Clear answers about compensation, attribution, ad spend and working together.

How does your success-based compensation work?

Instead of charging an hourly rate, we agree on a percentage of store revenue that can be measured and attributed to SEA. The exact calculation basis is defined transparently in the contract before work begins.

What is the percentage calculated on?

That depends on the agreement. Typically, a clearly defined net store revenue is used. VAT, cancellations, returns, shipping costs and discounts are regulated in advance.

Is the advertising budget included in your share?

No. The media budget is separate from our compensation and is generally paid directly by the online store to Google or another advertising platform.

How do you determine which revenue came from SEA?

Conversion tracking, store data and an agreed attribution model are used. Before launch, we jointly define the data source and attribution window.

Which online stores are suitable for this model?

Suitable stores have reliable tracking, sufficient demand, a competitive offer, predictable margins and a realistic advertising budget. We assess suitability during the initial consultation.

Do you guarantee a specific revenue or ROAS?

No. Market conditions, competition, pricing, product range, website, demand and budget all affect results. We do not guarantee revenue, but work with clear metrics and transparent optimization.

Which campaigns do you manage?

Depending on the store, we manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, brand and category campaigns, remarketing, and seasonal or product-specific campaigns.

What happens with returns and cancellations?

Returns and cancellations are handled according to the contractually defined billing logic. The rules must fit the data quality and business model of the store.
